Description

Designed by Lawrence Peabody for the Sheboygan, WI. based manufacturing company. I knew restoring this piece would be a challenge and yet so rewarding, it was all that and more! It simply couldn’t look any better, this  is absolutely stunning! I’ve poured a large part of myself into bringing life back into this piece. My goal was perfecting the color tone and giving it a pristine finishing touch that would last for several more decades to come.

It’s constructed of white oak, this features four drawers, (one is cedar) and has one shelf, this is not a common design, Lawrence Peabody designed several very similar in style, this particular piece has a cedar drawer behind the caned door, when you commonly see just a shelf.

This is a very functional Mid-Century cabinet; the size is perfect for someone who has a smaller wall space. This style provides a bit more depth than some credenzas and buffets on the market. The sculpted wood pulls are a solid wood that is inset, the drawers are in excellent condition, they glide with ease. The construction of this lowboy shows some of the best craftsmanship that I’ve seen in a long time!
