American Of Martinsville King Size Caned Bookcase Headboard
This item is SOLD!
We’re offering yet another fabulous vintage Mid Century piece from the American Of Martinsville Furniture Co.
The set was originally purchased in the 1950’s and is still highly desirable today! I can imagine that this king headboard will be the focal point in your bedroom! This features two sliding doors that glide across the entire front face. Tucked away behind the doors is plenty of storage space, a perfect spot for books, alarm clock, remotes and much more! This is all original and the cane fronts reflect a clean, Danish style that is still very popular among mid century enthusiasts.
American Of Martinsville furniture was built with great craftsmanship. They used oak as their secondary wood on the interior of pieces, and walnut as their primary wood, although they were known to use Cherry as well. When you buy an American Of Martinsville piece, you’re purchasing a quality brand.
Cosmetically, you can expect some minor age-related wear on the exterior finish, nothing to detract from the overall appearance. This has been thoroughly inspected, cleaned and conditioned. The structure is solid, everything is intact. The doors glide with ease and no breaks are present.
