This vintage Mid-Century Mainline collection Bookcase Headboard Bed was manufactured by Hooker. The Full size bed includes the Bookcase Headboard, Low Footboard, and matching wood side rails.
The structure is solid, two doors glide smoothly across the front.
This is a Full Size bed. The photos of this bed were staged with a bunkie board (see photo) and mattress. I would recommend purchasing a platform support or bunkie board to use with your mattress, rather than a box spring. The vintage headboards have a tendency to get swallowed up with today’s big box spring and mattresses. The bunkie board is not included.
Cosmetically this does have 2 rather prominent blemishes on top, shown in the photo. All other wear is consistent with age and use. The headboard has been thoroughly cleaned, the exterior has been conditioned and polished.
We are also offering other matching pieces, double dresser and chest. These pieces are priced individually; however, we would love to sell them as a set.
