Mid Century Modern Lane Rhythm China Cabinet
This item is SOLD!
Stunning doesn’t quite describe this piece, the sculpted wood pulls and arched framed lines are absolutely magnificent! This is one of the most sought after china cabinets from the Mid Century era. Manufactured by the Lane furniture Co. from their Rhythm Collection, circa 1960.
The cabinet consists of 2 sections, the upper and lower, they separate easily for transporting. The base has 3 equally sized drawers on the right with a single arched door on the left which features a reversible panel consisting of cane on one side while the other displays a beautiful walnut veneer. There is a small drawer behind the door panel, this is perfect for storing all your finest flatware.
The top cabinet is much more narrow than the base. The arched glass panel in the center is stationary, while the two glass panels on the left and right open. The interior walnut shelving is stationary.
We’re currently in the process of finishing up the restoration on the matching dining table and six chairs. Be sure to keep a look out for them once they post or feel free to message us if you’re interested in the set.
